These terms apply to services provided to business clients. The accepted quotation specifies the scope and takes precedence in the event of a conflict.
3. Orders and prices
Services begin after written acceptance of the quotation and payment of any agreed deposit. Prices are stated in euros. The applicable VAT treatment is shown on the quotation and invoice.
4. Payment
Payment terms and deadlines are set out in the quotation. Statutory late-payment penalties and the fixed recovery fee may be charged to business clients.
5. Client cooperation
The client provides accurate information, strictly necessary access and required approvals. Delays in providing these may affect the schedule.
6. Delivery and approval

11. Intellectual property
After full payment, the client receives the deliverables and rights specified in the quotation. Pre-existing methods, generic templates and know-how remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Disputes
The parties first seek an amicable resolution. French law applies. Jurisdiction is determined by the applicable legal rules.
