Data collected
The form collects your name, business email address, company name, your needs, project stage and message.
Why we use this data
This information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare our initial conversation and follow up before any potential engagement. Processing is based on your request and consent.
Recipients
Data is accessible to Akyvero and the providers needed to process enquiries: Cloudflare for hosting, Make for form automation and Google Workspace for email and enquiry tracking. It is not sold.
Hosting and audience measurement
The website is delivered through Cloudflare Workers. With your consent, Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures visits. No analytics tag is loaded before you agree. You can reject or withdraw consent using “Manage cookies” in the footer. Form contents are not sent to Google Analytics.
Assistant and external links
The website assistant is a guided flow with no external AI service. Your answers remain in your browser and are sent to Akyvero only if you choose to continue through WhatsApp. WhatsApp and Instagram links open third-party services subject to their own privacy policies. Once you consent to audience measurement, only the types of interactions with these links and the assistant are measured, without names, email addresses or answer content.
Retention
Form submissions are kept for up to three years from the last contact, then deleted. If a service agreement is concluded, the necessary records are kept for the legally applicable commercial and accounting retention periods.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
